Message From the Foundation's President

I decided to set up the Dr. Bukar Usman Foundation in the hope that it would provide the family members, our associates and well-wishers, other individuals and organizations with similar objectives and aspirations,  an enduring platform to extend gestures of good-will to  the needy members of the society in all manner of circumstances and as  far as the resources at our disposal allow.

The initial family tree comprises Dr. Bukar Usman, Mrs. Raliat Dupe Usman, Ms Halimat Folake Usman, Ms Hadizat Omolola Usman and Ms Hafsat Abimbola Usman. It also includes Mrs. Juliana Adekemi Usman, Mrs. Mero Basorun and Ms Fatima Usman, all of whom are late, and Ms Hauwa Oluwaseun Basorun and Master Mohammed Sani Gbenga Basorun, my grand children.

While I wish  the departed members heavenly peace, it is noteworthy that Adekemi lived an enviable life of goodness while Dupe is endowed with tremendous milk of human kindness. I sincerely wish these charitable virtues will  manifest in our offspring whom I fervently pray the Almighty will lead to carry on, with all sense  of dedication, as a tradition.

Dr. Bukar Usman OON,

President, Dr. Bukar Usman Foundation,

Abuja.
